The 4th International Scientific and Practical Student's Conference

Dear Sir or Madam,

The department "Social and Technological Service" of faculty of service, technology and design of «EAST SIBERIA STATE UNIVERSITY of TECHNOLOGIES and MANAGEMENT» (ESSUTM) sincerely welcomes you to participate the III International Scientific and Practical Student's Conference «Technologies of Service: the Theory and Practice», which will be held in Ulan-Ude on the basis of the ESSUTM, the scenic area of coast of Lake Baikal in sports camp "Rovesnik" on June 15-17, 2015.

We sincerely invite all students of full-time courses studying in universities and their research supervisors who works in «Hospitality and tourism», the directions "Service", "Hotel business" and "Tourism" to participate this conference.

To participate this conference, you should need to:

-       Send us the registration form (Appendix 1)

-       Pay organizational fee ($ 300 USD for onside visit  participants or $50 USD for correspondence participants)

The registration fee includes the transfer "Ulan-Ude- Sports camp (SC) "Rovesnik"" (250 km), accommodation in SC "Rovesnik", food, and the edition of the collection of conference articles. It is possible to pay the registration fee by cash or bank transfer for the onside visit participants.

After receiving the registration form and report, the organizing committee will send the confirmation letter to inform you the final decision of this official conference reports.  The bank detail for payment will be directed by e-mail mentioned in the registration form.

Appendix 2

Style Guidelines

1. Article should be represented in electronic form.

2. Article format: a format A4, page orientation - album, 2 pages on a leaf (settles down in the field of the press in 2 columns in the size of 110х170 mm). Volume - no more than 4 pages, the Times New Roman font, a font size 11, a line spacing - 1, without transfers, with the lines leveled on width, page setup - all fields on 2 cm, and the paragraph - 1,25 cm.

3. Text editor should use Мicrosoft Word.

4. Article structure:

• from above on the center the report name by capital (header) letters and a bold print is specified,
• on the next line on the center - the initials and a surname of the author (s), group and a course lower case letters (italics);
• On the next line - data on the research supervisor: scientific degree, academic status and position lower case letters (italics);
• On other line - the full name of university, is lower the city lower case letters (italics);
• In one line - the material text;
• Bibliography.

5. All tables should contain headings, drawings, and signatures.

6. Drawings and schedules join in the text without a flow the text and in black-and-white option.

7. Footnotes in the text are obligatory. References to quoted literature are given in the text in figures in square brackets and quoted pages here are specified: [1, page 20; 2, page 55].
