Recreation facilities

The sports and health camp "Rovesnik" is located in a picturesque place on the shores of the southernmost bay of the Barguzinsky Bay of Lake Baikal, 240 km from the city of Ulan-Ude and 7 km from the village of Maksimikha, Barguzinsky district.

The main task of the camp is to organize good rest for students, teachers, university staff and guests - participants of conferences, symposia and festivals of various levels held by VSGUTU.

"Rovesnik" provides accommodation, catering and a number of additional services. There are 7 buildings and 2 guest houses for vacationers. Availability of Wi-Fi in all residential buildings, dining room, conference hall and disco.

Three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are organized for vacationers. There is a large dining room with two halls, with a total capacity of up to 200 people, where waiters are provided.

Vacationers are offered rental bicycles, sports equipment, as well as walks along Lake Baikal on a yacht. There are football, basketball, volleyball fields, a billiard room, a rubber treadmill, horizontal bars and barbells on the shore of the lake.

During their stay in the camp of students and university staff, teachers of the Department of Physical Education conduct various sports events, contests, marathons for students and staff.
