The primary goals of the department of organization and management of scientific researches of teachers and students are:

• Involving of teachers, young scientists and students in research work of the university;
• Attraction and regulation of financial and material support of scientific activity of teachers and students.

The basic functions of the department of organization and management of scientific researches of teachers and students:

• Organization of regular search, processing and the analysis of information materials in high school profile according to scientific directions.
• Informing and organization of participation of the faculty, young scientists and students of the university in competitions of grant programs, in scientific and technical programs and actions in Russia and abroad.
• Realization of account, control and distribution of financial assets allocated by state structures and public funds for fulfillment of grant, scientific and technical programs and innovative projects.
• Maintenance of state registration of scientific and research work of the university, control over fulfillment of work stages and representation of reports about completion of scientific and research works and their stages.
• Gathering and analysis of the data represented in the scientific publications of teachers and post-graduate students.
• Rendering of the advisory help to teachers, post-graduate students and students concerning their scientific activity.
• Organization and carrying out of scientific and organizational actions (conferences, Olympic Games, competitions, exhibitions, seminars etc.)
• Preparation of the methodical workings out regulating scientific activity of high school.
• Assistance to the faculty, post-graduate students and students in establishment of scientific contacts to scientific institutions, high schools, public funds.
